Long Song Description: For a time in the 60's The Royal Signals Band was plagued by 'The Phantom Cuckoo' who would appear only at the most important of Concerts, the best of which was at 'The Royal Festival Hall' in London where he waited until our Director of Music was about to bring down his baton. A loud 'Cuckoo!!!' was heard which had the whole Band in stitches.
Thanks for the memory 'Dee'
